Terms of service
Last updated: July 2026
Preamble
These General Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the MailMCP service, published by STAY WEB (SASU, 59 rue de Ponthieu, bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France). By creating an account, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.
Service description
MailMCP is a SaaS service that connects IMAP/SMTP email accounts to AI agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). MailMCP acts as a technical intermediary and does not store email content.
The service includes: connecting email accounts via IMAP/SMTP, 15 MCP tools (read, send, organize, schedule), HTML signature generation, CardDAV address book synchronization, and a management dashboard.
Account creation and access
The user must provide a valid email address and password. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their account.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) by email is available and recommended. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the user must notify us immediately at support@mailmcp.io.
Free and paid plans
The Free plan includes 1 mailbox and 5 MCP calls per day. The Pro plan raises the limit to 500 MCP calls per day per mailbox and unlocks sending and replies, scheduled sending, CardDAV sync, HTML signature and priority support. Pro is billed per mailbox. MailMCP does not impose a separate cap on the number of emails — sending is bounded by your daily MCP call quota and your email provider's own limits.
The publisher reserves the right to modify quotas and features with 30 days prior notice. Active subscribers will be notified by email.
Order, billing and payment
Prices are displayed in EUR by default; USD pricing is available for international customers. Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), acting as the official reseller (Merchant of Record) of STAY WEB. Polar is therefore the seller shown on the invoice, collects the payment, and charges, collects and remits the applicable VAT or sales tax according to the Client's country. The applicable tax identification number appears on the invoice issued by Polar.
By placing an order, the Client accepts these Terms, which govern the use of the MailMCP service, as well as Polar's Buyer Terms, which govern the payment transaction.
Subscription and renewal
The subscription is billed in advance, per monthly period or according to the chosen commitment, and renews automatically at each due date until cancellation. The charge is made by Polar on the registered payment method. Multi-year subscriptions (12 or 24 months) are billed upfront for the full committed period.
The Client can cancel at any time from their dashboard or via the Polar management portal accessible from their billing emails; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, at no cost.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Client acknowledges that access to the service is provided immediately after the order and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. The Free plan lets the Client evaluate the service at no cost before subscribing.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the applicable refund policy by Polar as the seller, upon request at contact@mailmcp.io or support@polar.sh.
User obligations
The user agrees to:
- • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- • Not use the service for sending spam, phishing, or any unsolicited bulk communication
- • Not attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- • Not share MCP credentials with unauthorized third parties
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without prior notice.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
MailMCP commits to a monthly availability of 99.5% for the MCP API and dashboard. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via the status page.
Availability is calculated excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. In case of non-compliance with the SLA over a calendar month, Pro subscribers may request a service credit equal to 5% of the monthly fee per hour of downtime exceeding the commitment, up to a maximum of 30% of the monthly fee.
Intellectual property
The MailMCP service, its code, interface, documentation, and branding are the exclusive property of the publisher. The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for the duration of their subscription.
The user retains full ownership of their email content and data. The publisher claims no rights over user content transiting through the service.
Limitation of liability
MailMCP acts as a technical intermediary between your email accounts and MCP clients. We are not responsible for the content of emails sent or received through our service, nor for actions taken by connected AI agents.
In no event shall the publisher be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, is used for illegal activities, or poses a security risk to the platform.
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
Modifications to the Terms
The publisher may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the user disagrees, they may terminate their account before the effective date.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to this service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may also refer any unresolved dispute to a consumer mediation service. The competent mediator will be communicated upon request.
Force majeure
The publisher shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
