How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is charged once per year and saves you 75% compared to monthly billing. You pay for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers via Polar, our Merchant of Record.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For annual plans, you retain access until the end of the paid year.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes: a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription of your account. Within 7 days of that first payment, open Manage plan on the mailbox and click Cancel and get refunded: full refund, Pro stops immediately. One guarantee per account; it does not cover renewals, mailboxes upgraded later, or a mailbox that has already sent more than 20 emails. Otherwise you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Is there a limit on emails sent?

MailMCP does not impose its own limit on emails sent. The limits depend on your email provider (SMTP server). MCP calls are limited to 5/day on Free and 500/day/mailbox on Pro. Need more? Choose 1,000 to 6,000 calls/day per mailbox yourself on the Manage plan page.

Can I get more than 500 calls per day on a mailbox?

Yes. A Pro mailbox can be raised to 1,000 calls/day (€12.99/month, or €10.99/month billed yearly), 1,500 calls/day (€17.99/month, or €14.99/month billed yearly), 3,000 calls/day (€29.99/month, or €24.99/month billed yearly) or 6,000 calls/day (€49.99/month, or €42.99/month billed yearly). 6,000/day is the maximum. Choose it yourself on the "Manage plan" page of the mailbox: your existing subscription is switched, prorated, without a new card entry, and the new limit is active immediately. Every plan also has a burst limit (20 calls per minute on Free, 60 on Pro) and a daily sending cap (200 to 2,400 emails/day depending on the level).

Can I use MailMCP with multiple email accounts?

The free plan allows 1 mailbox. The Pro plan supports as many mailboxes as you need, billed per mailbox, and the volume discount is automatic on every commitment (monthly, 12 or 24 months): -15% from 5 Pro mailboxes, -20% from 10. Mailboxes you rarely use can stay free.

Can I send attachments with MailMCP?

Yes, on every plan. The simplest way: put the file online (Google Drive, Dropbox or your website) and ask your AI to attach it from the link — MailMCP downloads it itself, in a single call, up to 10 MB per file (10 files and 25 MB per email). Without a link, the AI has to send the file in small pieces, which is slow beyond a few hundred KB.
