MailMCP is hosted exclusively on servers located in France, in ISO 27001-certified datacenters operated by LWS. Your email credentials, message metadata, and all personal data remain within the European Union at all times. We never transfer your data to third-party countries or non-EU cloud providers.
We are fully GDPR compliant. Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train AI models. Email credentials are encrypted at rest, and all communications between your browser, our servers, and your email provider are secured with TLS encryption. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard.

This means no vendor lock-in. If you switch AI providers tomorrow, your MailMCP setup continues to work. The MCP protocol defines a clean, standardized API for reading emails, sending messages, searching inboxes, and managing contacts. Your AI agent speaks MCP; MailMCP translates that into IMAP and SMTP calls to your existing email server.
