The publisher, Nicolas Depredurand (10 rue Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France), is responsible for the processing of personal data collected on mailmcp.io.
Data Protection Officer (DPO): privacy@mailmcp.io
The data collected (name, email, mail credentials) is used exclusively for the operation of the MailMCP service.
All data is hosted in France on LWS servers (Ligne Web Services), ISO 27001 certified. Your data never leaves the European Union.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at privacy@mailmcp.io or by deleting your account from your dashboard.
This site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies (session, CSRF, language preference). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
MailMCP uses generative AI models for a limited number of features. This section documents what we process, why, where, and how — in line with EU AI Act Art. 50 (transparency) and GDPR Art. 13/14 (information of data subjects).
All AI inference is routed through OpenRouter with a strict EU-provider order:
azure → amazon-bedrock → google-vertex → mistral.
Fallback to non-EU providers is explicitly refused. Data collection by the provider for training is disabled (data_collection=deny). No prompt or response is used to train any model.
For traceability (EU AI Act) and cost monitoring, we log metadata for every AI call:
These General Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the MailMCP service, published by Nicolas Depredurand (10 rue Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France). By creating an account, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.
MailMCP is a SaaS service that connects IMAP/SMTP email accounts to AI agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). MailMCP acts as a technical intermediary and does not store email content.
The service includes: connecting email accounts via IMAP/SMTP, 15 MCP tools (read, send, organize, schedule), HTML signature generation, CardDAV address book synchronization, and a management dashboard.
The user must provide a valid email address and password. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their account.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) by email is available and recommended. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the user must notify us immediately at support@mailmcp.io.
The Free plan includes 1 mailbox and 20 MCP calls per day, with all features included. The Pro plan offers unlimited mailboxes, 500 calls per day per mailbox, and priority support.
The publisher reserves the right to modify quotas and features with 30 days prior notice. Active subscribers will be notified by email.
Prices are displayed in EUR by default. USD pricing is available for international customers. VAT is applied according to the customer country of residence (EU VAT via Stripe Tax). Billing is handled by Stripe on behalf of the publisher.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
In accordance with European regulations, the user has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@mailmcp.io. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
After the withdrawal period, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the withdrawal period but will not auto-renew upon cancellation.
The user agrees to:
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without prior notice.
MailMCP commits to a monthly availability of 99.5% for the MCP API and dashboard. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via the status page.
Availability is calculated excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. In case of non-compliance with the SLA over a calendar month, Pro subscribers may request a service credit equal to 5% of the monthly fee per hour of downtime exceeding the commitment, up to a maximum of 30% of the monthly fee.
The MailMCP service, its code, interface, documentation, and branding are the exclusive property of the publisher. The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for the duration of their subscription.
The user retains full ownership of their email content and data. The publisher claims no rights over user content transiting through the service.
MailMCP acts as a technical intermediary between your email accounts and MCP clients. We are not responsible for the content of emails sent or received through our service, nor for actions taken by connected AI agents.
In no event shall the publisher be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, is used for illegal activities, or poses a security risk to the platform.
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
The publisher may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the user disagrees, they may terminate their account before the effective date.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to this service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may also refer any unresolved dispute to a consumer mediation service. The competent mediator will be communicated upon request.
The publisher shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
