Claude.ai's native Outlook integration uses Microsoft Graph API with a read + draft-only OAuth scope. It can read your messages and create drafts, but it cannot send, schedule, move messages, manage folders or flag items. ChatGPT and Cursor have no Outlook integration at all — Microsoft only ships partner integrations through Copilot.
